happy 31st birthday to me

I don't share a lot of me...so hear I am...the big 3-1, as of last Thursday. Lucy "shared" my birthday she tells me. I had a wonderful day studying for ACLS, and then got spoiled by my husband and my kids. I am more than blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful people. They are definately the lights of my life!

A couple of Saturdays ago we took the girls bowling with the Dattels. Lucy and Lucas loved it!! They were checking everything and everyone out! I must say I did bowl better than Lucy, without bumpers! A proud accomplishment for any of you who have been bowling with me!

Lucy can make Kady laugh like no other

Lucy is really into helping me take care of Kady..."what a cute little girl" she tells me. She feeds her, burps her, feeds her more. Kady just really likes to eat! I love to watch their relationship blossom. Kady seems to LOVE when Lucy plays with her or dotes on her.

Uncle Ryan

Since we don't get to see much of my brother, I decided to dedicate this blog to him, and what a special part he plays in the girls lives. Lucy tells everyone about "unca rwan in fwoida" and especially how he "made" her bassinet and cradle. The girls LOVED him. It was fun to see how easily they took to him, especially Kadence. Kadence is in that stage now where stranger anxiety is quite high, but she went to him like she sees him everyday. He would laugh now at how she gives kisses and waves bye bye. Lucy loved the fact that he wasn't afraid to play princesses and get all girly. What an amazing Uncle!
